Delete your MedCafe account

You can ask for your account and the personal data attached to it to be deleted at any time. Either way works.

    From inside the app

    Open the MedCafe app, go to Account, then Delete account. The account and its data are removed from our servers.

    By email

    If you no longer have the app, write to support@medcafe.app from the email address on your account and ask for deletion.

What gets deleted

Once the request is processed, your account and the personal data attached to it are permanently deleted.

We may keep a limited set of records where the law, security, fraud prevention or compliance requires it, and only for as long as those purposes need.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.
